The first thing you need to know is that your registration for the Message Board is not a registration for Chat. To register for chat go to the following link and read our Terms Of Service. http://allyourschat.com/tos/
After reading and agreeing to our terms you may click the radio button that applies and proceed to register for chat.
If you are having other problems accessing chat maybe your solution can be found at the following link. http://allyourschat.com/troubleshoot.html
